About Us

Bo Un (보은) is a Korean word that means “repaying kindness,” combining the characters for grace (恩) and reciprocation (報). Our name reflects a heartfelt commitment to give back with kindness, care, and purpose.

This spirit of gratitude and responsibility is what inspired us to start BOUN Consulting—a way to return the support, knowledge, and trust we have received by helping others make informed, thoughtful decisions for children and families.

At BOUN Consulting, we empower individuals and organisations to become more intentional, impactful, and compassionate in how they design and support child-centered spaces, programs, and services. We translate evidence into practical tools and strategies—helping our clients better understand the needs of young children and families, and build healthy, inclusive, and inspiring environments for growth and learning.
