Our Services

We design interactive, developmentally-informed programs that support young children’s learning, growth, and engagement. Our approach centres on the idea that learning happens best when it feels relevant, playful, and connected to children’s lives.
Whether the focus is on foundational skills or more complex topics—such as sustainability, technology, or innovation—we translate big ideas into experiences that are accessible and exciting for young learners. Grounded in the latest educational research, our programs foster agency, curiosity, and meaningful participation, encouraging children to make sense of the world in ways that are both joyful and developmentally appropriate.
Developing Programs
We help organizations understand the impact of their programs, spaces, and services through thoughtful, mixed-methods research. Our studies capture both what is working and why it works, providing a fuller picture of the experiences you create for children and families. Our approach combines:
Custom research design tailored to your specific goals and context
Observational studies that document real-time engagement and interactions
Survey and interview tools developed to capture authentic participant experiences
Rigorous data analysis that identifies key patterns, strengths, and areas for growth (in both quantitative metrics and qualitative narratives)
We specialize in translating complex findings into clear, actionable insights; whether you are refining a program, improving a space, or showing your impact to funders, or identifying opportunities for improvement. Our process not only measures effects like learning gains and social-emotional growth, but also illuminates the underlying mechanisms through which these impacts occur.

We collaborate with clients to create developmentally-appropriate, child- and family-centered environments that reflect how young children move, play, learn, and connect.
We believe every space holds the potential to support young children and their families — and we work closely with partners to design environments that truly nurture development and connection. The result is spaces that spark curiosity, build confidence, and support meaningful connection—environments where children and families feel welcomed, engaged, and empowered.
Designing Spaces
Training & Capability Development
We support organizations in building internal capacity to deliver high-quality early childhood services and programs through customized training for educators, program staff, visitor services teams, facilitators, and other frontline professionals. Our training is grounded in developmental psychology and designed to enhance daily practices—from designing effective learning experiences to fostering responsive adult-child interactions.
We also support teams in building sustainable reflective practices and data-driven evaluation to inform decisions and future progress. This ensures long-term service and/or program quality and impact.
