My First Bite ©

Our journey as a company began with a heartfelt question:
How do we help children build the foundations for a lifetime of wellbeing and resilience?

From that seed of curiosity grew My First Bite©, our very first program—one we are deeply proud to begin our journey with.

Designed for children aged 1 to 6, My First Bite© is the first of its kind in the region to tackle food neophobia and picky eating through an approach that blends European-rooted food education with the warmth, flavors, and cultural richness of Singapore. We believed that children deserved more than instructions to “eat your vegetables.” They deserved opportunities to explore food with all their senses, in an atmosphere that felt playful, safe, and welcoming.

We created a holistic curriculum across age groups that helped children build essential life skills such as self-expression, empathy, and open-mindedness. Activities included hands-on sensory experiences, simple science experiments, cooking, storytelling, and immersive food journeys to places like food gardens and wet markets—empowering children to try new foods and describe their experiences with confidence.

With parent workshops, expert guest speakers, and take-home materials, My First Bite© extended beyond the classroom to support learning at home. More than a program, it was an invitation: for families to slow down, taste together, and rediscover the joy of food in a non-judgmental atmosphere.

As our very first featured project, My First Bite© embodies the heart of what we hope to bring into the world—programs that are evidence-based yet deeply human, international yet lovingly localised, and always focused on creating meaningful experiences for children and families.
